GRAPE JELLY 
To get juice for jelly, wash mustang grapes and cover in water. Boil for a few minutes. Cool and strain, mash grapes to get a stronger juice.

5 c. juice
7 c. sugar
1 box Sure Jell

Bring juice to boil; add Sure Jell, bring to a boil again. Add sugar. Boil until juice spins a thread. Let set a few minutes. Skim top with a spoon. Pour into small jars that have been washed and scalded. Seal.
