FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
CAKE:

2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 (1 lb.) can fruit cocktail
2 eggs
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. English walnuts

TOPPING:

3/4 c. canned evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter

Mix together flour, sugar, baking soda, fruit cocktail and eggs. Pour into 9"x12" pan. Sprinkle coconut and walnuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.

Mix together evaporated milk, sugar and butter. Bring to a boil then pour over top of cake while still warm.
