EL PATO TACOS | |
1 lb. ground turkey 1 onion, chopped up 1 (8 oz.) can El Pato Tomato Sauce (Mexican Hot Style) Brown the turkey with chopped onions. Drain off juice. Add the hot tomato sauce and simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes to let the onions get soft. Note: You can either use as a taco or burrito filling, or add shredded cheese (like Mexican "Fiesta"), dairy sour cream and salsa for a healthy low-carb meal in about 30 minutes.
