SWEDISH FLAT BREAD 
1 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
3 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda, in milk
1 c. oatmeal
3 c. graham flour
3 tsp. salt
4 c. white flour
2 tsp. baking powder, in flour

Roll into small balls when mixed. Use floured pastry cloth and floured rolling pin. Roll into thin circles and place on cookie sheet.

Bake at 350-375 degrees about 8 minutes or until golden.
