CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE 
3 c. flour
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 sticks butter
1 pkg. American cream cheese

Do not preheat oven, put in cold oven. Sift flour once and measure again. Make sure all ingredients are room temperature. Cut cheese into 3 parts. Start mixer on high speed.

Beat 1 cup sugar, 1 piece cream cheese and 1 stick butter for 2 minutes, add 1 egg at a time and 1 cup flour. Repeat adding 1 ingredient at a time on high speed. Oven set for 350 degrees. Bake for 1 hour and 25 minutes.
