CHOCOLATE ECLAIR PIE 
2 sm. boxes French vanilla instant pudding
8 oz. Cool Whip
3 c. milk
Graham crackers
1 can fudge icing

Mix pudding, Cool Whip, and milk together. In 9 x 13 inch dish, place a layer of graham crackers. Spread 1/2 of mix over these. Layer graham crackers over this and spread rest of mix over crackers. Add another layer of crackers and spread fudge icing over these.

If you nuke the icing for about 20-30 seconds then stir with spoon, you can pour the icing over the top and it will flow nice and smooth..

I heat chocolate fudge icing in microwave until soft and pourable. Goes over pudding mixture easier and spreads out even on top!
