CHEESE, BROCCOLI, RICE CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. butter
1 sm. jar Cheez Whiz
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (20 oz.) bag frozen broccoli
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Saute onion and celery in butter until tender. Mix in soup and Cheez Whiz until melted. Add rice and broccoli. Pour into 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Bake 350 degrees, 40 minutes.
