GOOD TURKEY MEATLOAF 
This is a great alternative to hamburger meat.

2 lb. ground turkey
3 cups finely crushed saltines
2 eggs, beaten with a little cream
1 onion, chopped up
dash of salt and pepper (more or less, as desired)
1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup, divided

In a large bowl add turkey, crushed crackers, eggs and cream, chopped onion, salt and pepper. Add enough tomato soup to moisten meatloaf (I use about 1/2 can). Mix all ingredients together. Shape, put in large loaf pan, pour remaining tomato soup over top of meatloaf.

Bake in 375°F oven for about 35 to 40 minutes.

Serves 4 to 5.
