TAMALE PIE 
1/2 lb. ground turkey
1 (12 oz.) tomato juice
1/2 green pepper
1 tsp. onion flakes
1 clove garlic
Salt & pepper
4 oz. shredded cheese, low fat

Brown turkey, add rest of ingredients except cheese. Cook just until mixed and vegetables are done.

CRUST:

4 oz. cornmeal (1/2 c.)
1 2/3 c. water
2 to 3 chopped green chile peppers
1/4 tsp. each salt & pepper

Bring water to boil, add salt and pepper, slowly add cornmeal. When thick take off stove and add chilies. Pat into Pam sprayed 8 x 8 inch pan. Spread turkey filling over all. Top with cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
