STRAWBERRIES A LA CHANTILLY 
1 1/2 to 2 pints fresh whole strawberries, hulled
1 c. heavy cream
1/4 c. sweet chocolate, grated
1 tbsp. confectioners' sugar
1 tbsp. light rum

Whip cream until foamy and just slightly thickened. Fold in chocolate, confectioners' sugar and rum. Chill. At serving time arrange berries on individual serving dishes top with sauce. Garnish with fresh mint and chocolate curls.
