SALMON & PEAS CASSEROLE 
1 can salmon
2 c. frozen or canned peas
1 1/2 - 2 c. milk
2 eggs
Salt & pepper
Cracker crumbs

Drain salmon and peas. Add the milk and eggs beaten together. Season with salt and pepper. Into a greased casserole layer salmon-pea mixture and a layer of fine cracker crumbs. Repeat. Spot with butter and add more milk if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until brown.
