VAL'S SPICY AU GRATIN POTATOES | |
6-10 lg. potatoes peeled and sliced 1 can cheddar cheese soup 1 can Campbell's nacho cheese soup milk butter Heat oven to 375°F. Place potatoes in large bowl while you heat soup. Combine both cans of soup in a medium sauce pan. Start by adding 1 can of milk. Add more milk until you have medium thick sauce. Add soup to potatoes and mix to coat the potatoes with the sauce. Pour mixture into a well buttered casserole dish. Dot the top with more butter. Bake until fork tender. You can also turn this into a main course by adding chunks of ham. Submitted by: VALERIE |
