RHUBARB COBBLER 
8 c. rhubarb
3 1/2 to 4 c. sugar
3/4 to 1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter

Heat in pan to boiling stirring often. Put in baking pan.

3 c. Jiffy or Bisquick
2 eggs
1 c. milk
3/4 c. oil

Mix and spoon onto rhubarb mixture. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees and 10 minutes at 350 degrees until brown.

I doubled it and had rave comments at the potluck picnic. I did not double the Bisquick recipe. Put it it the roaster pan (oblong kind).
