“LOOSE NACHOS” IS IN:

LOOSE NACHOS 
1 lb ground beef
1 taco seasoning packet
water (per taco seasoning directions)
1 onion, diced and divided
2 medium tomatoes, diced and divided
2 cups salsa, divided
taco sauce
1 pkg finely shredded taco cheese blend
hot sauce (optional)

This is a "beefed up" version of Nachos Supreme. Great for parties as an appetizer/snack, or serves 4-6 for dinner.

Prepare ground beef per the taco seasoning packet directions, adding half of the onion during the browning. When you add the taco Seasoning and water, add 1 cup of salsa, 1 tomato, and 1 cup of cheese. Finish cooking until you have cheesy taco meat. Place the taco meat mixture on a dinner plate evenly. Drizzle taco sauce around the edge and also several ribbons across the top.

Sprinkle the remaining tomatoes, onion, and salsa across the top. Sprinkle cheese to taste. Sprinkle with hot sauce to taste (optional).

Serve with a large bowl of hearty nacho chips. Use the chips to scoop the finished product like a dip.
