BROCCOLI CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE
WITH STUFFING
 
1 lg. onion, chopped, saute in 1 stick butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms, drained
8 oz. cheez whiz
1/4 c. milk
1 lg. bag broccoli
1 lg. bag cauliflower
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing mix

Saute onion in butter until tender. Add soup, cheez whiz, milk and 1 can of mushrooms. Stir on low heat until melted. Cook broccoli and cauliflower until tender, drain. Put cauliflower and broccoli in (13 x 9 x 2 casserole dish). Pour over above sauce. Mix well. Sprinkle top with stuffing mix (prepared according to directions on package). Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. There are never any leftovers.
