SWEET POTATO SALAD 
1 (17 oz.) can yams, or sweet potatoes
1/2 c. celery, chopped very fine
4 green onions, minced
3 med. sweet pickles, finely chopped
4 chopped hard boiled eggs
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. Durkee's Famous Sauce (seasoned mayonnaise & mustard)

Drain and mash potatoes, add mayonnaise and sauce and mix well. Add other ingredients and mix. Flavor improves by refrigerating overnight. May be garnished with sliced hard boiled eggs. Yield: 6 servings.
