MISSISSIPPI MUD PIE | |
1 c. flour 3 tbsp. sugar 8 oz. cream cheese, mashed 13 oz. Cool Whip Lg. vanilla instant pudding Lg. chocolate instant pudding 1/4 stick butter 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1 c. sugar 3 c. milk Mix together flour, 3 tablespoons sugar, butter and nuts. Press into a 9x13 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool. For filling combine cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and half of the Cool Whip. Set aside. Mix puddings with milk. Then layer pudding, then cream cheese mixture, then pudding. Second half of Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle nuts on top if you like. |
