BUSTER BAR DESSERT | |
15 oz. pkg. Oreo cookies, crunched finely 4 tbsp. melted butter 1 c. butter 3 c. powdered sugar 3 (1 oz.) squares semi - sweet chocolate 4 eggs 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream 1 c. Spanish peanuts Mix crushed cookies with butter. Save 1/3 cup, put rest in 9 x 13 inch pan. Set aside. Cook butter, powdered sugar, eggs and melted chocolate until it starts to boil. Stir frequently. Let cool. Spread ice cream over crunched Oreo cookies in 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread peanuts on top of ice cream. Pour cool chocolate sauce on top. Top with 1/3 cup Oreo cookies. Freeze until ready. |
