1 env. onion soup mix 2 lbs. ground beef 1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs 2 eggs 3/4 c. water 1/3 c. catsup Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, combine all ingredients. In large shallow baking pan, shape into loaf. Bake 1 hour or until done. | |

I measure 1/4 cup catsup and add enough BBQ sauce to equal 1/3 cup instead of using 1/3 cup catsup. After meatloaf in cooked I pour some gravy over it and drizzle a ribbon of BBQ sauce over the length of it.
