PLAZA III STEAK SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. onions, chopped
1 c. carrots, sliced
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
2 qts. water
10 oz. frozen mixed vegetables
1 (16 oz. can tomatoes
1 tbsp. Accent
2 tbsp. B.V. (or kitchen bouquet)

Brown meat and drain. Boil onion, carrots and celery until tender. In a large pot, melt butter; blend in flour and water. Add meat, vegetables and remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes.
