ASTRONAUT CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 pkg. lemon jello
3/4 c. Crisco oil
3/4 c. water
4 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon flavoring

Beat at low dial until mixed, 5 minutes on high. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes in large greased and floured 9x13 pan.

ICING:

2 c. powdered sugar
5 or 6 tbsp. lemon juice
Lemon peel

Stir until sugar melts. When cake is done, remove from oven. Prick cake with large fork. Pour and work icing over cake while still hot. I use 2 or 3 drops yellow cake coloring to make icing yellow.
