CRANBERRY HOLIDAY SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin
1 c. hot water
1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple (with juice)
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans

Cream Cheese Topping:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sour cream

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch oblong pan. Stir in cranberry sauce, pineapple with juice and nuts. Chill until firm. Frost with Cream Cheese Topping.

Blend cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Spread on firmly set gelatin. Chill 30 minutes. Excellent served with chicken, turkey or ham.

Number of Servings:

Serves 12. Preparation Time: 10 minutes to put together, several hours to chill.
