TERIYAKI GLAZED TURKEY MEATBALLS 
1 pound ground turkey
6 green onions, thinly sliced
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup prepared teriyaki sauce
2 slices of bread
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/3 cup milk
Vegetable oil cooking spray

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

In a large bowl, combine the turkey, green onions, egg and teriyaki sauce. Blend well.

In a separate bowl add milk and dip each slice in the milk front and back. Then tear into pieces and add to the mixture bowl. Using a 2-ounce scoop, form meatballs with wet hands and place on a baking pan lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Sprinkle meatballs with sesame seeds and spray with cooking spray.

Bake for 20 minutes,(at this point glaze meatballs with teriyaki sauce) or until golden brown on the outside (bake additional 20 minutes would be enough) and just cooked through.

Transfer to a bowl or plate and serve.
