APPLE BLUEBERRY CRISP 
2 c. blueberries
2/3 c. flour
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. melted butter
2 c. peeled and sliced apples
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg, beaten
Cinnamon for topping

Combine blueberries and apple slices; place in buttered 9 x 13 inch baking dish and sprinkle with brown sugar, using more or less according to tartness of the fruit. Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add beaten egg, stirring until all is in coarse crumbs; sprinkle evenly over fruit. Drizzle melted butter over the top and sprinkle lightly with cinnamon. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until top is crusty and the apples are tender. Serve warm with cream or any whipped topping.
