GREEN CHILI SAUCE 
1 lg. can green chili strips
1 to 1 1/2 c. finely diced pork
1 green chili can of water from cooked pork
Minced garlic
1 red onion, finely sliced in strips
Cumin (optional)

Bring to a boil, then simmer until cooked down and somewhat thick. Thicken with small amount of cornstarch.
