PEAS - PEANUTS 
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. salad dressing
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. vinegar
1 or 2 green onions, chopped fine
1 1/2 c. green peas
1 c. Spanish red peanuts with skins (spread on paper towel to remove excess salt)

Frozen peas - add 1 tablespoon water and microwave 3 or 4 minutes - just tender; do not overcook. Drain and cool.

In medium-size glass bowl combine first 5 ingredients with wooden spoon; mix until smooth. Add green onions. Cool peas and add. Add peanuts; mix and chill.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
