POPPY SEED CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. poppy seed
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 sleeve Ritz crackers
1/2 stick butter

Cook, debone and tear chicken into small pieces. Combine soup, chicken, sour cream and poppy seed. Place in 8 x 10 baking dish. Crush crackers on top of mixture. Add butter (cut up) on top of crackers.

Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350°F.
