OVEN BARBECUE CHICKEN 
1 c. Quaker Oats (quick or old fashioned), uncooked
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1 tbsp. water
1 (3 lb.) broiler fryer chicken, cut up
3 tbsp. butter, melted

Grease rack of foil-lined broiler pan. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Place dry ingredients in blender container or food processor bowl; cover. Blend or process about 1 minute, stopping occasionally to stir.

In a shallow dish, combine barbecue sauce and water; mix well. Lightly brush chicken with barbecue mixture. Coat with oat mixture; shake excess. Place, skin side down, onto rack. Bake 30 minutes; turn. Drizzle with butter; bake an additional 15 minutes or until juices run clear when pierced with fork. Serve with additional barbecue sauce, if desired. 6 servings.
