BROCCOLI BALLS 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli cuts, cooked & drained
3/4 c. melted butter
1 lg. onion, chopped fine
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
6 beaten eggs
1 box Stove Top stuffing (beef flavor with packet seasoning)

Do NOT cook stuffing, add dry.

Mix all ingredients. Chill for 1 hour. Roll in small balls, bake at 325 degrees 15 to 20 minutes. Can be made day before and kept refrigerated. Good as appetizer, warm or cold. Also freezes well, once baked.
