PRESSURE COOKER FISH CHOWDER 
2-3 frozen blocks skinless, boneless haddock or other white fish, cut in chunks
4-6 potatoes, diced
1 sm. onion, diced
1 can chicken broth
1 can water
1 can milk
1 pt. half and half
Salt & Pepper

Put first 6 ingredients in pressure cooker and cook 8 to 10 minutes after pressure is up. Remove from heat and let pressure come down on its own. Open cooker and add salt and pepper to taste. Stir. Add half and half and cook, stirring often, until slightly thickened and heated through.

I just made this for the first time yesterday and it came it well. Went just as the recipe was written and will do it again soon. I may substitute scallops or lobster but this was fine for a first effort, may need a bit more salt next time.
