TUNA FRUIT SALAD 
1 cup thin celery slices
1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
1 (6 1/2 or 7 1/2 oz.) can tuna
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1/2 cup halved, seeded winter grapes
2 cups died unpared red apples
mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
crisp salad greens
dates stuffed with peanut butter

Combine first 6 ingredients with enough mayonnaise or salad dressing to moisten. Toss lightly to mix. Serve on crisp greens on individual salad plates. Garnish with pitted dates stuff with peanut butter.

Serve with hot soup and rolls.

Makes 6 servings.
