MUSHROOM RICE 
2 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
2 (10 1/2 oz. ea.) cans onion soup
2 (4 oz. ea.) cans mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter

Mix the first three ingredients together in a large casserole dish. Dot with butter. Cover and bake in a 350°F oven for 35 minutes.

Delicious! I was cooking something else at 400°F, so I put the mushroom rice in the oven for 25-27 minutes. It was so good!
