PUPPY CHOW SNACK MIX 
1 stick butter
3/4 c. peanut butter
1 bag chocolate chips
3 c. powdered sugar
1 paper grocery bag
1 (12 oz.) box Corn Chex

Melt stick of butter, peanut butter and chocolate chips together. Stir. Add box of Corn Chex. Stir to coat. Place powdered sugar in grocery bag. Pour in cereal and shake until all pieces are coated. Can be served in a dog dish at parties. Can be frozen.

Why not? Because not everybody wants to make it that way. I've seen other recipes that don't include hot cocoa mix.
