SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes (or 2 lg. cans)
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. butter
1/2 jar marshmallow creme

Mix (with mixer) all but marshmallow creme; then add the marshmallow creme and pour into 9x12 greased pan.

TOPPING:

1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. softened butter

Mix all of the above together and spread on top of sweet potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
